W. L. Gary Promotes Jerry Kackley to Customer Consulting Manager
Kackley promoted for dedication and leadership
W. L. Gary Company, Inc. announced the promotion of Jerry Kackley to Customer Consulting Manager. Kackley will be responsible for overseeing and leading W. L. Gary Company’s team of customer consultants in providing full solutions to our clients.
“Jerry Kackley has been an integral part of the Service Department here at W. L. Gary for the past 15 years. His dedication to the industry and to our customers has proven to be invaluable,” expressed Randy Greer, Executive Vice President at W. L. Gary Company. “With Jerry’s mentality of focusing on the customer and their needs, we are excited to have him in this leadership role, guiding and mentoring our Customer Consulting team.”
Kackley, 49, has spent the last 28 years in the plumbing industry. He began his career at W. L. Gary as a technician in the field and later moved to a customer consultant role. Throughout his years of experience, he is continually building his arsenal of knowledge about the plumbing industry. Kackley holds a DC Journeyman’s license as well as a Masters license from West Virginia. He is also MedGas Certified and UA Star Certified. Kackley is a member of Plumbers Local 5.
